01

What to do

  1. 1Contact us as soon as you know you cannot attend.
  2. 2Tell us whether you want to cancel or ask about another time.
  3. 3Get in touch even if the change is because of illness or an emergency.
  4. 4Check your Service Agreement for the cancellation arrangement that applies to your supports.
02

Notice periods

The notice and claiming rules can vary by support type and may change when the NDIS Pricing Arrangements change. Your Service Agreement records the arrangement that applies to your SCL supports.

03

When a charge may apply

A cancellation charge may apply only where the current NDIS rules and your Service Agreement allow it. Contact us if you want us to explain a charge or the notice requirement that applies.

Your Service Agreement is the authority

This page is general information. The terms in your signed Service Agreement are the terms that apply to your services.
