Before signing

Before you agree

Read the agreement and check that the proposed services, prices and arrangements make sense to you. Ask about anything unclear and tell us if something is incorrect.

Take the time you need

You can ask questions, request an accessible format, involve an advocate or trusted person, and ask us to discuss a proposed change before you sign.

Your choices

Your rights

  • Be treated with dignity and respect
  • Be involved in decisions about your support
  • Receive information in a way you understand
  • Have your privacy protected
  • Give feedback or make a complaint
  • Ask for changes to your services
  • Choose another provider or end services in line with your agreement

If your arrangements change

Contact us when your support needs, schedule, funding or other relevant arrangements change. We will explain whether your written service arrangements also need to be updated.

  • Answer questions and discuss requested changes
  • Explain the prices and arrangements that apply to your SCL services
  • Provide an accessible format where needed
  • Provide you with a completed copy after signing

The terms that apply to your services are the terms recorded in your signed Service Agreement.
