Before you agree
Read the agreement and check that the proposed services, prices and arrangements make sense to you. Ask about anything unclear and tell us if something is incorrect.
Take the time you need
You can ask questions, request an accessible format, involve an advocate or trusted person, and ask us to discuss a proposed change before you sign.

If your arrangements change
Contact us when your support needs, schedule, funding or other relevant arrangements change. We will explain whether your written service arrangements also need to be updated.

The terms that apply to your services are the terms recorded in your signed Service Agreement.
