Your needs, preferences and routine can change. Tell us when the current arrangement no longer works for you.

01

What you can ask to change

  • The days or times of your supports
  • Where support is delivered
  • What happens during a support
  • How often or how long supports run
  • Your support workers
  • The type of support you receive, where it is available and funded
  • Communication or accessibility arrangements

Smaller changes

Some scheduling or worker requests can be handled quickly. Contact us and we will tell you what is possible.

Changes to the service arrangement

A change that affects the type, frequency, price or funding arrangement for a service may need to be confirmed in writing. We will explain the change before it takes effect.

If your needs have changed significantly

You may also need to speak with your my NDIS contact, Support Coordinator or another person helping you manage your plan. SCL can provide information about the services we deliver, but the NDIA decides changes to your NDIS plan.
