How to ask

Contact us and tell us what you would like to see. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will ask what format suits you — printed, emailed, large print or Easy Read.

03

Correcting information

If something we hold is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date, you can ask us to correct it. You do not need to prove anything is wrong before asking.
