Consent and agreements

Starting with SCL
During intake we work with you on the information needed to provide support safely. Depending on your circumstances, this may include your support plan, agreed schedule, relevant health and safety information, communication preferences and emergency planning. These documents are prepared with you and supplied directly where relevant.
